Something for everyone

The exchange
A free, casual, drop-in social learning event for the community. A place for people to learn about various mental and relational health topics and connect with others in the community in order to help participants find a sense of peace, inspiration, and hope for their future. If you're looking to learn a little and connect with others in a way that feels safe for you, come check it out.

Private In-house Education & Consultation services
Private educational workshops designed to help companies and their employees learn fundamental skills used to improve mental, emotional, and relational wellness as well as helping increase group cohesiveness, aid conflict resolution, and improve work and life satisfaction. Participants will leave with resources to further their knowledge after the workshop concludes with hopes that each participant will become an ambassador for their own mental and relational health . Program content is designed specifically to meet the needs of the corporation and varies in time based on company needs. Private leadership evaluations and education are available as a part of this service.

Interact
A place for discussion between counseling professionals and community leaders designed with two main purposes in mind. The first is to bring professionals together to discuss how the professional community can implement innovative solutions to the mental and relational challenges observed in the community. Second is to provide participants an opportunity to utilize one another for support including building collaborative relationships in order to reduce burnout in the field.

Community outreach
Community resources popping up at a community event near you. At Real Life Education, we understand that not everyone is ready or able to access some of our more structured programs. That is why we do community outreach. We hope that by creating a presence at various events, we will serve as a resource to individuals that are curious about mental health related services but not ready to commit to direct services just yet.
