Something for everyone

The exchange
A free, casual, drop-in social learning event for the community. A place for people to learn about various mental and relational health topics and connect with others in the community in order to help participants find a sense of peace, inspiration, and hope for their future. If you're looking to learn a little and connect with others in a way that feels safe for you, come check it out.

The Ambassador
Program
Private educational workshops designed to help audiences learn fundamental skills used to improve mental, emotional, and relational wellness as well as helping increase group cohesiveness, aid conflict resolution, and improve work and life satisfaction. Participants will leave with resources to further their knowledge after the workshop concludes with hopes that each participant will become an ambassador for their own mental and relational health . And for each Ambassador session that is booked, the private group or company will then be recognized as a sponsor of one of the next community events offered to participants at no cost.

Legacy Interviews
This service was created to enhance intergenerational wellness by interviewing senior family members about their life experiences, current hopes, goals and values in order to create an individualized Legacy book for the family to keep. Each Legacy Interview will include a 1:1 interview with the selected senior family member, a printer compilation of the interview findings, and a 90 minute reading session for the family where the interviewer will facilitate a conversation with the family about how to honor the families relational health via actionable steps using the Legacy Book.

Interact
A place for discussion between counseling professionals with two main purposes. The first is to bring professionals together to discuss how the professional community can implement innovative solutions to the mental and relational challenges observed in the community. Second is to provide participants an opportunity utilize one another for support to decrease provider burnout.
