This shirt was desgined to serve as a reminder for us in the moments where we feel lost, hopeless, defeated and frustrated. For the moments when we feel unbelievably overwhelmed by all that is happening in our world. To remind us that we CAN do something. Whether choosing to smile and be kind to a stranger you pass by on the street, to give yourself grace for just trying to survive or to practice skills to help you remain calm when you're frustrated with someone or some thing.  This shirt is meant to uplift, to inspire, and to remind us that there ARE things we can do to make a difference in our every day lives. And at Real Life Education, we believe that making the world a better place starts with each of us, and how we interact with the world every single day.
